• DnSelector acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the successful acquisition or sale of any domain.
• All fees and commission structures will be explicitly communicated and agreed upon in writing before services commence.
• Domain valuations provided by DnSelector are estimates based on market analysis and do not constitute guaranteed sale or purchase prices.
• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their identity and intentions for domain acquisition or sale.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of DnSelector, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
• Respond to communications from DnSelector in a timely manner.
• Act in good faith throughout all negotiations and transactions.
• Not circumvent DnSelector to directly contact domain owners or potential buyers initially identified through our services.
• Pay all agreed-upon fees and commissions when due.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services shall be made according to the following terms:

• For domain acquisition services, our commission is due upon successful purchase of the domain.
• For domain sales services, our commission will be deducted from the final sale price.
• Initial consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
• All payments shall be made through our approved payment methods.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

5. Confidentiality

DnSelector respects the confidentiality of all client information. We agree to:

• Keep all client information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
• Not disclose your identity to domain owners without your explicit permission.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, negotiation strategies, and transaction details.

Similarly, clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding DnSelector's proprietary methods, strategies, and contacts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DnSelector and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DnSelector.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DnSelector, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
